This model is a rapid, high volume, linear film sealer, with a variable speed facility and capable of seals up to 60 packs per minute. It can be adjusted to suit all types of production demands. Using a heated roller and cutting station it produces individual sealed containers with a trimmed heat sealed film lid.
The HS50F has the additional facility to incorporate label applicators on the outfeed. Because it seals automatically at higher speed, greater volumes are achieved with minimum labour, providing optimum and consistent production efficiency. So flexible and adaptable, it can accommodate different tooling options to suit different packaging requirements. It is supplied with an integral mobile stand as standard.
