Our newly launched Soken HS34ACF is a semi-automatic version of the longstanding HS34CF heat seal system. It is ideal if you would you like the option to seal foil, plastic and cardboard packs and ready meal trays with a neat, accurate profile cut film seal – all on one sealer and with effortless, automatic operation. Like all Soken machines it has a digital temperature controller for repeatable reliable sealing. Plus, using an external air compressor to generate the sealing pressure means the HS34ACF requires minimum labour while providing maximum output. All the operator need do is load the tooling draw, close it and then remove the sealed pack.
Ideal for: Foil and plastic trays and pots, cardboard sandwiches, pasta and salad boxes,pots, tortilla wraps, noodle boxes, component blister packs.
